Stock availability feeds to this site are accurate at the time of publishing, we do not accept responsibility for items ordered that are subsequently currently out of stock or unavailable, we will refund in full any order or part order that cannot be fulfilled.

We accept no responsibility for Device/Product Compatibility information or errors found on this site, the information is an indicative guide only, if in doubt you are advised to check and review manufacturer specifications before placing your order, you may contact us sales@mytoners.com.au for technical help.

Payment:

1) Pay by Credit Card, we accept all major credit cards, if you chose to pay by credit card please note that a 0.00% credit card processing fee will be added to the total order value at checkout, you will receive (via email) an itemised invoice link that will list the items purchased, the cost of each item, the GST applied and the value of the Card transaction fee.

2) Pay by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) we accept emailed POP (Proof of Payment) receipts of your bank transfer payment, by sending your POP receipt to we can despatch your order immediately, your EFT payment must quote our order ID on the bank transfers transaction to clearly identify your payment.

3) Pay "Paypal" to use your PayPal account for payment. We will only ship to the address in your PayPal account. Update your account if you have changed your shipping address. If the address differs we may cancel your order. There are no additional PayPal fees added to your invoice. By using this payment method, you agree to PayPal’s User Agreement.

Beware of fraudulent Credit Card::

As a security measure, the management of www.mytoners.com.au reserves the right to verify and confirm any suspicious credit card transactions occurring on this site, Bank verification of the transaction may be required, we will contact the cardholder to acknowledge the purchase via email and to verify the use of the credit card before goods will be shipped.
